Open Positions

We are currently hiring for the following positions:

1. Baristas

   • Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages with expertise and care.
   • Deliver friendly and efficient service, creating a welcoming environment for our guests.
   • Educate customers about our 100% Kona coffee and other products.
   • Maintain cleanliness and organization in the coffee bar and seating areas.

2. Shift Leaders

   • Lead and manage the team during shifts, ensuring smooth operations.
   • Assist with opening and closing duties, including cash handling.
   • Train and mentor new employees.
   • Maintain product quality and service standards.

3. Cafe Associates

   • Assist with customer orders, food preparation, and packaging.
   • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a pleasant guest experience.
   • Handle retail product sales, including our premium coffee beans and merchandise.
   • Maintain a clean and inviting environment in all areas of the café.
